Good morning everyone. Looking for some help I know theres a lot of talk in this subject. I know there’s talk about not putting spacer on the max clip of a Bilstein 5100 but they do sell Bilstein 5100 kits with top spacers. Also I know about the travel of the shock itself but I don’t do much off road just highway mostly 98% of the time I just like the look of the lift. Will that be ok to do the spacer to get a 3.5” and new UCA that are rated for up to 4” lift?

It's going to ride like crap (mentioned previously). Also, tophat spacers are going to make you sad when you snap the shock in half. Lifted Shocks and Leveling Struts vs. Strut Spacers - Pros, Cons, and

Duly noted. What about switching to a rough country M1 3.5 inch struck? Nothing needed to add on comes preloaded and can adjust the collar to 3.5 inches

If the coilover itself is made to go that high, then you are good to go. No matter what, maxing out a coilover will make the ride suffer some, but if the RC ones are meant to go that high, then you will be good as far as not destroying the coilover.

Anything over 2" lift is asking for trouble if you don't also have drop-down brackets for the lower arms and axle housing (doesn't matter how you combine parts to do it).

For 4" lift, you need a kit like this:
    https://bds-suspension.com/products/4-inch-lift-kit-toyota-tacoma-16-20-4wd

Note that you also can use the 5100s on this specific kit if you so desire (which will get you up to about 5-6" lift).

But I need all that if it’s only 2WD. Like I stated before I rarely go off road so I’m not too worried about travel in articulation

no I wouldn’t say ignoring advice just getting more insight as there are components for a four-wheel-drive that you don’t need for a 2 Wheel drive. that’s why I’m trying to see if it actually matters for one. I don’t need a lot of travel in articulation and I’m just the look.
