This rattle is driving me crazy. Replacements are over $300. The front passenger side doesn't make a noise at all but the front driver's side does. Is this a known problem? I didn't find much about it on this forum.

What is this rattle? Is bolt that holds seat belt bracket to inside of cab loose?

I have noticed a rattle sometimes with mine and it does get annoying. It's the tensioner on mine doing it. It has to much slop and me bouncing in the seat ever so slightly makes the slop in the ratchet of the tensioner rattle as the belt gets pulled slightly. Adjusting the height of the shoulder belt on the B pillar seemed to help so it isn't always doing it.

I have this rattle too on my sport access cab. I hear it mostly when I go around a turn and hit a bounce in the road. It is coming from the tensioner as described above. I looked in to fixing it when I had the door panel off to fix others squeaks and rattles but could not find a solution and did not want to replace the tensioner. I have lived with it and will try adjusting the height of seat belt as mentioned by Darty03.
