I keep getting p0171, po125, and another po171, in that order. I have had the exhaust system repaired, cleaned the throttle body (without removing it from the engine), replaced the MAF sensor and fuel filter. I still get those codes. Should I replace sensors next? If so which ones. 22re not 2re.

Fix the P0125 first. This code is telling you that the PCM (powertrain control module) NEVER enters closed loop mode. Until the PCM enters closed loop the motor runs on preprogramed settings, ignition timing, injection timing etc.

Is it a stuck open thermostat, even a little bit, replace it. Is it a bad sensor or ? You have to diagnose that. If it is a thermostat I recommend a Toyota factory one as oppsed to a aftermarket one, when you see the physical difference you will know why.
