Anyone knows what depth the seals (both sides) are supposed to be? It's driving me nuts. Replace them 3 times and still leaking.

    Only use Toyota seals

I use this person's seal driver for both sides and have only had one leak out of hundreds that I have done (And only bc the customer provided the seal it was packaged weird)

The seal driver is set up so that it doesn't push the seal in too far.

Also some tips, coat the inside and outside lip with grease, dab some grease on the inside spring of the seal to keep it in place, and grease the CV axle shaft before installing it back in.

Run your finger along the surface of the Diff to make sure that there isn't any brrs too.
