3in Bilstein lift w ucas 17x9 Falcon Wheels and 35s Viper cut Stereo upgrade Lighting

I noticed today there was a chattering sound coming from the pulleys today. Only happens when the AC is turned on and changes sound when the wheel is turned. Has anyone experienced this before or have any recommendations for repair? Thanks
