E-locker actuator part question

2004 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L 4x4 M/T

I pulled the e-locker actuator on a v6 e-locker housing I bought for the Toyota pickup I am building. This cast aluminum piece on the back of actuator is broken right where I drew the horizontal line through the image (right below the outer o-ring). Is there anyway to just buy this piece? It could potentially be welded but I don't have a TIG welder. Thanks!
