Just had a 2 inch spacer lift installed and haven’t had an alignment yet, truck doesn’t feel different if anything maybe just a slight pull to the right when driving but was wondering if it will cause it to dog walk/ crabwalk and would I be able to notice that at all while driving? Nothing seems wrong with it but was just wondering if it looks weird from behind when I’m driving.

Not always. Not when driving it.

The term "crab walk" is used loosely.
But I assume you mean the front and rear axles look "off" from each other.
Does the rear axle look shifted left/right of the front wheels?

    Sometimes, this just happens.
Some trucks just naturally have this look.
Tacoma trucks don't usually have this "problem".
Toyota does a GOOD job on axle alignment from the factory.

By the way, the "problem" isn't always a problem other than looks.

So, the question is, did you use spacer blocks on the rear axle?

The axle shifted and they did not put it back.
