Fender alignment

So I had did some damage to the front of my truck a few weekends ago doing a 3 point turn into a tree at our local nursery. Luckily I found a fender in my exact color at a local wrecking yard that was perfect. I put it on last weekend after some shade tree auto body. It fits pretty well except for the alignment with the hood. as you can see from the photos, can I just tap the front bolt down (The one near the washer fluid reservoir) 1/8" or so? I think I just need to loosen the bolts by the door and push that the back side down.
