I haven’t. I get a lot of emails from them since I signed up when they launched the brand. Mike Rowe is the man so one of these days I’ll get around to supporting him.

My father in law and brother in law came by yesterday. Fresh crack and tonight’s pour put a dent in the bottle. Cheers.

I just got back home today. I would have grabbed it for you if I was still there. I already have two of them.

I have not had a pour in a while. I remember it being tasty, but not out of this world. I really should start writing down my tasting notes one of these days. Maybe this FRyeday, I will report back.

New bourbon “glass” from the wife for Father’s Day. I’m not sure if I like it yet. It makes it real difficult to pour the exact amount you want lol. Cheers

FRyeday came early. The Szerac is mellow with spice and a little oak at the end. The EHT SR is much more complex and intense. The EHT easily was the winner.

A good excuse to “accidentally” pour a little more.

I have to say it is a unique glass. What kind of wood is it? American white oak would be neat.

My wife got me the charred version. Their website isn’t the clearest on what wood they use. I Googled to the best of my abilities and it appears that they use white oak. They claim it enhances the pour, I don’t know lol. I’ll spend some more time with them, perhaps do a side by side with a glass and see. I’m happy for my gift though. Cheers
