2017 Tacoma TRD OR 6MT

Hello everyone. I bought a pair of UBJ dust boot kit (43324-39045) to replace my torn ones. The kit came with two packets of grease. I know one will be used to repack the ball joint. Does anyone know where the other one is used for? Attached are some photos. TIA.
