Hello TW. I’ve got myself up s..t creek right now. Drove my truck last night, everything fine. Got in it to drive to work this morning and the truck was vibrating, wouldn’t go over about 35 or 40, vibration would go away at slower speed but still running rough and idling really low. Checked the diagnostic codes and got p0345 camshaft position sensor, and p0303 3rd cylinder misfire. I replaced the sensor on the driver side as the code indicated. Same problem. I checked the voltage to that sensor and had 5v which I read is normal. Ground was good. Not sure what to do now. I’ve looked over several threads on here with no luck.
