yeah the first pay raise is set in stone ~ it is somewhat based on the increased amount of hours to get the job done. I am salary tho, so I know there could easily be some 100 hour weeks in there.

2nd position would be a crap shoot, I'd be well positioned after the year, but definitely no guarantee.

Definitely I struggle with wanting the pay raise lol. but I already can barely manage a snails pace on my own projects!

and timeline wise.... the long hours would definitely end for a while after about a year, so it wouldn't really be cushy, but not the long hours, and I'd keep the pay.

it is definitely not my preferred type of work tho.

If it's temporary (the long hours) while keeping the pay after it's all said and done, it could definitely be worth it in the long run

Again, I'd want that shit set in stone but that's just me

Good problem to have for sure

You can buy a CNC mill and a fiber laser to get your projects knocked out faster if you don't invest that extra money instead

Right, so in a year I'd have an unfinished truck frame still, and no longer have a real need to do the budget build I was doing... so I'd start an even more aggressive build while my wife takes the lightly modified Sequoia to Rebelle again, joining in as I get absolutely offroad cucked by the rebelle footage and turbodb overlanding blog AF.

Just to realize I can suddenly afford either a Kentucky mansion or an H&M spec Raptor, which I would absolutely use every inch of wheel travel on my way to starbucks here in the Kentucky domestic desert.

    Lol. IDK man.

"I can double check it again but I’m not sure how the dip switch would make the motor step slower than the other one?"

He's having trouble with his table; one motor moves slower than the other (two that parallel on the Y axis) so I advised him of the dip switch orientation

This was after he replaced his driver

Providing assistance but he's being abrasive and questioning why the dip switches would have anything to do with it

Can lead a horse to water...
