Hmmmmm.

 

I've been listening to podcasts on Spotify for years now putting up with all the lame ads, not realizing all this time all those same podcasts were on Amazon music ad-free

 

Very angry

 

Fuck those things. When we lived in TX as a kid they were everywhere, almost as common as regular house spiders. I was lucky I never got bit/stung by one, but my sister did in her bed once. Screamed like she was being murdered lol.

 

i bought a hand held vac that takes a dewalt battery with a bunch of attachments for like $35

that mf is very handy around the house. i imagine the dyson would be even better given the power it has lol

I wonder if it's like how snake anti-venom is always in short supply and crazy expensive despite there being venomous snakes all over the place. High cost to produce and short shelf life

The medical costs associated with a snake bite is crazy too

 

Maybe, but like snake venom kills ya sometimes or causes some crazy blood clotting that can mess you up for a while. But scorpions just hurt for a bit like a bee sting

I hope you guys don't have a shared computer/computer chair

when I think back on what our poor family computer chair saw and was subjected to in a house with 3 teenagers in it at once....

 

also what my poor dad probably had to see in the the internet search history, might be why he developed a drinking problem

 

after seeing so many snakes, particularly rattlers, around our neighborhood lately I started wondering if a person could just buy anti venom to keep on hand. I know it's stupid expensive but it would be worth it regardless if one of the kids or Dex got bit by one. But from what I can tell it's pretty well regulated/controlled to where only hospitals and doctors really have access to it.

 

$4300 for all of it. Meh.
