FS: Coastal Offroad Aluminum rear bumper with swingout.

    $2000

This is the DIY kit from Coastal Offroad and was built in the fall of 2023 by a local marine welder. I requested to leave many of the welds raw and not ground to mimic the look of marine T Tops. This is a one of kind bumper and gets compliments all the time. This is also the bumper on the coastal off-road picture gallery.

    Quick specs:

1/4in plate aluminum bumper (no finish)

Steel swingout using heim joints (painted white)
    Mount for Hi Lift Jack
Destaco latch and spring loaded pull pin to secure the swing out when closed

Retail for the kit alone is almost 2k (pictured)

One thing that's not perfect on this bumper is the 2in receiver. The I.D of the aluminum tube supplied from coastal measured 1.99in. The reasoning for this per Coastal is to ensure a snug fit for any 2in accessory to minimize play which can work the soft aluminum loose. I had to use a grinder on an existing hitch to remove a little material so the receiver would accept the hitch. I'll include this hitch with the bumper. I also have a 2in D ring adapter that fits just fine. This bumper is NOT officially rated for towing, but I've towed an off-road trailer with no problems.

This is the main reason I'm selling as a boat is in our future and I'd prefer to go back to the factory hitch with DOT approved rating for towing capacity.

Asking $2000, located on the eastern shore of VA. Willing to travel within reason.

Trades for a RigD ultra swing shorty, or other hitch mounted swingout that's tow rated.
