Clicking Noise from Inside my Odometer/Driver side Dash???

    Hey all. After installing a lift, when I go 45mph or more it sounds like a zip tie or something is flapping around inside my truck - almost like its coming from inside my odometer or inside the steering wheel. I feel like wind is hitting it or something, SOMETHING IS FLAPPING AROUND. (i dont have zip ties on truck btw)

    Any advice on what it could be? It's kinda annoying
