Hey guys and ladies. First time posting here. I have a 2015 Tacoma TRD off road with 180,000 miles. About a week ago I was leaving a dates house and my truck starting sputtering. Loss of power and check engine light. I had gotten gas at a shady station so I assumed that was the culprit and filled it up with premium and went home. Got to work the next day (I work at Toyota) and was still running rough. Cleaned my MAF on lunch break and still same issue. Took it thru service and they said it was a vacuum leak. They sprayed maf cleaner around the intake and it idled down a little so they said it was the intake manifold gaskets. To add it was throwing 4-5 codes. Lean on bank one and two. MAF and IAT. Barely made it home in the truck and replaced the manifold gaskets and plenum gasket. Back together it runs the same. Checked the data on the scanner and long term fuel trim for bank 1 and 2 are both 21% at idle and drop to 6% under load. That indicated vacuum leak like they originally said. To be sure I bought a smoke leak detector and ran it thru the intake and the only place I had smoke come out was the two little holes on the intake pipe that holds the filter. I had no smoke coming out anywhere AFTER the MAF sensor. (Also replaced the MAF while I was there). I’m lost at this point. All my hoses looked in great shape when I took the manifold and plenum off. I’m pretty sure it’s a vacuum problem due to the fuel trim tables but could I be going down the wrong path? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I think I'd check fuel pressure as a next step, if you did get bad fuel it's very possible it plugged the filter/ruined the fuel pump.

See I would do that I just need to acquire the things to do it. Wouldn’t the long term fuel trim tables indicate a fuel issue if it was the opposite numbers at idle and under load? I.e. if it was 6 to 9 at idle but went up under load. Mine are high at idle and go down under load indicating vacuum leak. Will check fuel pressure as next step though and update thread.
