Finished patio slab . Made to look like blue stone. Now I need to figure out what to do for steps .

 

I also need to redo the stone driveway border .
It never ends around here .

Yup . About 25 years ago I did a bluestone patio out back . I removed half to make an area for the hot tub back in September but the other half needs replacement . Tricky because the septic tank is under that part of the patio. So when the tank needs pumping there is one larger stone that I flip up to get to the tank . I added the concrete extension ring on top of the tank so the top lid is only a few inches down and the main tank lid is another foot below that .

 

Bill, just take a leisurely stroll thru your garden, and it will all become clearer.....

 

Driveway needs sealing again also

 

My favorite was in Mississippi back in the 90s… there was this place called the beer barn. It looked like an oil change place. Three lanes if I recall. Looked like a red barn with the sliding doors. You’d pull up, they’d come take your order (or you could call ahead), and then they would load up your order. Pop your trunk or drop your tailgate and your cases of beer/liquor would be promptly loaded and away you’d go… need kegs? NO PROBLEM!

 

I was gonna say… “she slept in…”
