Fuel pump not running, traced to no enable (positive voltage from ECM) to EFI relay.

    Would appreciate any tips.

What engine do you have and which relay are you checking?

If you have the 4.0L there are 2 relays for the fuel pump, the C/OPN Relay that turns the pump on and off and the Fuel Pump Relay that changes the pump from direct power (High Speed) to power through the Fuel Pump Resistor (Low Speed).

The truck always starts on high speed.
