When I went back together with my dash, I think I misaligned the mode door flaps.

The actuator works fine, and the 3 flaps seem to move freely, but I can’t quite seem which position they need to be in to go back together the correct way.

Does anyone have a manual or diagram that shows the proper orientation?

Here's a couple pictures from the reassembly. Not very descriptive I might add.

    It’s a good start, thanks!

I can at least see the orientation of 2 things, the lower flap and the plate (?).

I just don’t know how the other 2 flaps should be orientated.

You can see the red/green/blue marks I made. I believe that's where the pins go.

I’m able to get them all lined up now, but when I try to assemble it all back together the plate seems to move a little before I can screw everything down and causes it all to jam up.

Which plate? The one with the three screws?

Yeah, when I go to screw it on, the plate underneath that guides the pins always seems to move a bit.

It will move a little. The servo moves the plate which opens/closes the doors.
Why was it apart, bad servo?

I replaced the evaporator and heater core. The entire dash was out and everything was taken apart.

    Gotcha.
Hold the plate in place (the one with the three screws) using your hand and try to turn the plate that connects to the doors with your hand, something might be binding up. Do not screw the plate in at this time.
