My boss is super cool about us using the shop on the weekends for personal stuff (I’m a welder) but I did buy my own tube bender!

Did a non-precise time trial for airing back up today. Took me about 7 min to air up 10 psi which includes setup and tear down.

Nope. Just open. I have the other truck for any fun times that might require a locker.

Finished getting the axle back together and took it for a test drive. Brakes were pretty squishy. I'll work on checking the adjustment tomorrow. Hopefully i didnt get any extra air in the system. Used this along with the powerbleeder to bleed them:

Overall it worked, but I could only get about 5 pounds in the tank without it leaking.
I did immediately notice that the small clunk that had started was gone, so hopefully this has all been a success.

Ran the 1/0 cables from the amp panel down to the frame. Sprayed the terminal with rubber undercoat. Still have 2 more 4ga runs coming in the mail that I’ll have to do. Really thankful there was already a line of 4 frame holes I could use.

Dropped my Truck off for a full respray and getting the fibreglass bedsides coloured. Those bed sides are anything but “easy fit”.

New Lights all round after painting and a new grill with raptor lights. Wanted to avoid overspray on the new parts.

Have learnt so much along the way.

    Today was about illumination.

Made a custom seat bracket out of wood 2x4 and used turf to hide it all because i already made custom turf mats for all out the truck.
    IMG_3997.jpg IMG_3996.jpg

Not finished with the turf yet you could see but I think it looks cool

Took photos of it on my way to work. Always wanted to take up the road for photos, but now my OCD is mad that I wasn't in the middle (its a small backroad at 5:30 am).

The valley always fills with fog which is cool, my new phone (Galaxy S25) has issues capturing the led halos

Can I ask which ones did you use and the source? I tried three different ones that were all a joke: Not much brighter than the "birthday-candle flame" stock bulbs: might as well be a Bic lighter in there and cranked down/adjusted to "low".
