I think the same, my cash is good anywhere!
The last time I went to NAPA for metallic/coper woven brake lining, the parts guy insisted they never make that lining for a 66 Chevy and wouldn't even look it up. HUMMM, strange since I had put multiple sets of that copper woven lining on the car prior, and I think that I may have even got a few sets from NAPA!

I have a lot of bears at my new place.
A young Sow ,looks like a 2 year old has been coming by a lot lately.
She is around 150ish and has a broken right foot.
Saddens me to see her condition deteriorate in the past month.
Called Ct Encon, seems they don't give a shit.
She was out back at 6 this morning.
Last week , this large male was hot on her tail.

Personally, I think 64/65 were the best years for GM body styles. The GTO/442/Chevys were all smaller and lighter... and more distinctive.

I had a Royce Union three speed too. Hated it. My parents always gifted me things they thought I should have instead of what I asked for. I worked around the neighborhood until I could buy my own bike, a metalflake orange Stingray, before they came out with the silly orange crate bikes and the hand brakes.

There finally got it right

 

Stock is good jj. I’m happy I don’t have a pic of my ‘72 challenger. Young punk with a hot car. That was me. Too bad this punk didn’t have a fabrication crew. The front end alignment was done by lobes and the ball joints was out of alignment and no way too replace ( at the time). Car met an untimely death. Ex girlfriend hit a concrete abutment. She was fine. The car died that very day. Don’t have a pic of her neither. Lol
