    Howdy!

I did a decent amount of searching prior to posting, but couldn’t identify this part. I’m currently motor swapping my 3.4 with another that has a first gen TRD supercharger. I’m taking note of all the differences as I dissemble/prepare to pull the new/donor motor and I’ve come across a part I can’t identify 100%. It looks like the factory fuel pressure regulator has been replaced with a new one I can’t find online… is it even a regulator… or a filter …or both? It kinda looks similar to some vacuum operated fuel pumps I found online but that doesn’t seem right haha.

It’s also connected via vacuum line to an a-pillar boost gauge… so I’m thinking it’s like an aftermarket regulator/gauge kit? …The blue fuel line is cracking and I want to replace but it uses threaded connections and I’m wondering if it’ll be easier to use the factory pressure regulator setup from my truck… so curious if this current setup is required for the supercharger? I don’t see it in other engine bay photos of supercharged motors. Or is this an upgrade/better? Any help would be great thanks!

That’s a FMU (fuel management system) that some use to “help”
