when did you purchase your cat shields? if those are the caliraised v1, you should contact them (or just have the shop buy you a new set) becasue the v2 are redesigned and no longer contact the cat. I had v1 and they rubbed a hole in the cat heat shield on the passenger side. I contacted caliraised after seeing users on here post about it, they sent me a v2 set for free.

The crossover pipe is up in the valley between the cylinder heads.

In the pictures it appears to be 2 rubber coolant hoses going to a transmission oil cooler (the cylinder shaped thing). They swung the rack arms too far under the truck, pushed the cat shield up into the rubber hoses and split one of them open.
Or if it was a center post lift they didnt get the rack arm under the frame rail correctly

Even though its a shitty situation to be in, that actually seems like best case scenario. Just looking at that pic Id say those hoses are probably the only damaged items. (and the cat shield itself)

Hopefully the dealer will give it a thorough look over and make sure no damage to the transmission pan, cat itself, exhaust piping, or anything else in the area

I got them from Tacoma lifestyle. These I’ll probably have to get myself, but that being said v2 it is!

Why would you pay for something the tire shop clearly damaged? This is on them.

Wow! Wow! Just from a routine trip to your friendly Discount Tire shop... Now, I'll think twice before rotating my tires. Gonna have to weigh the odds of some calamity like this happening to.my truck at my next service appt at the dealer or tire shop. All this due to simple negligence or inattentiveness by the shop employee! Ugh!

I mean Toyota won’t be doing it as part of their repair. Discount tire will definitely be paying for them.

stuff happens. i have had nothing but excellent experience with discount tire. probably differences shop to shop but the one i hit was great. and the shop in question appears to be doing the right thing without excuses.
edit: i don't give glowing reports lightly :) but my shop earned it. tigard, or.

That's a pretty impressive fuckup on Discount Tire's technician. Where they put the lift arm vs. where they should be putting the lift arm (photo from Caliraised):

As everyone should know at this point, that cooler hose got pinched between the jack head & the cat shield, puncturing it...

Final diagnostic they damaged the cooler hoses and transmission cooler. Cat was unharmed.
