What throttle body will work for my 02 3.4L Tacoma?

Target truck: 2002 Tacoma TRD with 3.4L engine, manual trans, and cruise control

Short: I need the correct throttle body for my Tacoma. Lots of bad numbers pop up. What is the correct part number?

It somewhat mirrored my founding of 22210-22260 being correct. I found that an alternate is 22210-62260. Obviously, all new OEM are discounted. But I can't find a single one on Ebay. Almost everyone I find on Ebay is 22210-62220.

Issue I'm trying to fix is "reverse" idling. My current cold idle is 650rpm. My warm idle is 1250rpm. Exact opposite of what it should. I've replaced the IAC with new OEM as well as new China crap. I've replaced TPS with OEM. Zero impact. Zero engine codes. Before this started, I had two codes:
P0120 which is TPS A circuit issue(maybe)
P0420 which is related to 2nd o2 sensor

The P0420 was fixed with replacing gaskets around cat.

 

Perhaps find someone to rebuild the butterfly in your existing throttle body?

 

According to ToyoDIY and PartSouq, my '02 v6 TB is 22210-62220
