2017 Tacoma turn signal tow lights not working

2005 Tacoma 2.7

The turn signals work fine on the truck, but there is no turn signal power at the truck trailer plug. From my understanding this truck has a tow circuit that is separate from the truck lights. Does anyone know of common problems with the turn/stop light and/or have a wiring diagram that shows it.
