Forgot there’s supposed to be a tie bar on the front, now I think they’re done.

 

Tiles and shingles are non fryable asbestos. They are not considered hazardous waste and can go in the trash.

Still, like any construction waste, wear a mask if things get dusty.

The tiles popped up nice and clean, no dust at all and none broke, these were very thin & flexible.
I don't think they were the asbestos type, I've dealt with them before.

 

Until they break when being removed!

 

So what you’re saying is, they can be reused

 

Aside from the super fine dust that filters through a carpet over 30 years they looked quite nice really. A wash and some Mop & Glow and it would have been presentable.

 

Do they still sell Mop & Glow? I thought it went the way of the 1970’s…

Edit: You know, similar to avocado, harvest gold, or cocoa colored appliances.

 

I lived in a place once with the full avocado theme in both the kitchen & bath.

 

Grew up with the avocado theme in my parents kitchen.

 

I grew up with Harvest Gold. The house we bought hadn’t been updated since the 1950’s and the bathroom had lime green tile with a matching speckled green Formica top that had a metal edge with a rubber insert.

My sciatica has been all kinds of upset so I finally decided to get a stand-sit desk. We'll see if that helps.

Took the opportunity to clean my desk up, too.

 

Happy Friday! Today I went to Eastport for the 3rd time this week, stopped at a burrito place in machias on the way home. I don’t think I’ll need to eat again for a week.

 

Fargo what's your wallet setup. Are you a front pocket card only deal or a back pocket George Costanza kinda guy. Since going slim on the wallet my sciatica hasn't bothered me ...
