My rear muffler heat shield retaining bolts pulled through the thin metal heat sheild. I sourced larger washers and was able to remove(lucky) and reinstalled. No more rattle for me. You may have similar as each cat has a heat shield I believe. And the cats are up front on our trucks.

you can get supper long worm style hose clamps to secure around exhaust heat shields...
They also sell a kit of say 5 feet of the band portion & like 8 worm drive fittings for cheap so you can make your own length....
Now that im retired I dont have access to the various length clamps that we used at work.
I tried sourcing the correct length clamp off Amazon & all the documented lengths were all grossly wrong once I received the clamp for my chicks cat shield...
had no choice but to buy the do it yourself kit but it was super easy & should have went that route to begin with.

pm me if you have no idea what im referring to....

Check heat shields around the downpipe and front cat. Check heat shields on the bottom of the cab floor - those commonly rust through their mounting studs. If the studs still have viable threads on them, you can reinstall with larger washers like andy044 did. Otherwise you'd need to jerryrig something.
