Got it for the android auto.
I can sync it with my phone, running Gaia GPS, and have the forest service roads loaded.
Really handy when cruising around in the national forests doing dispersed camping.

If I wanted a system I'd get what ever they have that shakes the house from the next street over. Why are people thumping Jay Z on their way to work a labor job the man ain't singing about that?

stock 2017 non jbl head unit with nav
    Focal RSE-165 and Focal RCX-165
    JL Stealthbox
    Kicker Key 200.4 and 500.1
Secondskin Damplifier pro 2mm on inner doors and back cab wall

It sounds really exquisite with the dsp. I didn't want to throw more money at it. Otherwise, more wattage and 6x9 or 3 ways up front with a pioneer head unit would be the next tier.

edit: no CarPlay though, which kinda stinks.

I'm getting ready to install both the 200.4 and 500.1 kicker key amps. Planning on splitting the front speaker outputs as inputs to the 500.1 mono amp. where did you pull the 500.1 inputs from? Front Speakers? Back Speakers? After the 200.4 amp?

Yes after the 200.4, I think. It's been so long I don't recall. I was also learning as I installed the system.
Both amps have separate power to the battery and separate ground connections. I tapped the front speaker wires for the 200.4. I don't recall what I tapped for the 500.1, but I did splice in RCA connections for that. Might have been the front speaker wires again.

There might be something here that explains it? (Same concept adding an amplified sub to the harness.)

I followed this guide for the t harness on my 2017 and used speed wire,

I have sound deadener in the front door and will install some in the rear door when I get the new rear speakers. They rattle and I think I blew them out.

You want to use the front speakers for the sub amp inputs as those will have the full range signal. The rears I don't think output and lower freq range, or less comparative to the front.

    I drive a Miata.
Front channels get split at the head unit, one half to the Key 200, the other to the 500. Both have internal line converters. As mentioned, don't use the rear channels for the sub. The OEM designers in their infinite wisdom dampened those channels to disguise the suck.

As for my system, a cheap one.
    Key 200.4 driving the doors
Focal components for the front, then I had some leftover kicker CS for the rear.
CV 10" under seat sub, under the seat. I didn't want to sacrifice storage for thump.
Then I laid butyl plus closed cell foam in all the common spots.

I didn't want crystal perfection. I just wanted to upgrade from mud to "sounds good enough for rush hour "
