Hey TacoWorld. So I'm trying to find the best route I should go to install keyless entry in my 03 DC that has power locks but no DCR (door control receiver) or an RS3200 system. I found a single 6 pin plug behind the kick panel where the keyless module would be and chat gpt told me the plug is a pre wired plug for the DCR that my truck supposedly didn't come with and gave me the part number 89741-04020, and also gave me a corresponding fob id and that all I need is to plug that module in and keyless will work. I've been scouring the net trying to find even just a picture of one and I see nothing for first gen, all just receivers from newer Tacoma's. So now I'm wondering if a base receiver even exists in a first gen taco, runner, or tundra.

2nd Route : Installing an RS3200 module from my donor truck that I parted out. I don't have the full plug and play harness for the RS3200 but I have connector pigtails and the wires cut to length.

SOO basically the two main questions of the day are 1: Can I splice the wires from the RS3200 harness into my truck to get the keyless working? And how much of the RS3200 security functions can I get to work by doing it that way. And 2: Is there a base DCR module that exists that I can find that just plugs right into that 6 pin plug that I found behind the kick panel?? Any info that could help me would be huge thanks! My other thought was to go aftermarket but id like to keep things oem if possible.
