I had to move 2 sections around because of some tear out. It messed up the original pattern but I had to get those two to the outside so the router would clean the edge up.

Space? What’s that? My shop is when I can back the car out of the garage and leave it out for a few days!

I was always envious of the farmers I'd see growing up with a wad of cash and one rubber band top pocket in their overalls, rolling through life so simply.

In my 20's I was back pocket George Costanza, every card I owned, a spare house key and sometimes a card saw, incase I encountered a mighty limb needing dispatch in my travels. Until I was lumbering around caddywhompus I didn't realize it was a problem.

Now, I have a credit card in my phone "wallet" for emergencies, pictures in a folder on my phone of my most current insurance cards etc. I carry two debits, two credits, and a Sam's card along with cash, RFID wallet front pocket opposite phone.

I've got the house to myself for a couple hours, I'm gonna try and clean my work bench off so I might think twice about starting something around here...

Life tip - if you purchase real estate, get Title Insurance. Ask about any ‘enhanced’ policies that are available.

    Deets down the road…

For longtime listeners here, this isn’t the ROW I’ve written about, it’s completely unexpected with the property we have under agreement….

When I bought my house I got Title Insurance even though the chain was 3 owners. My realtor said I didn’t need it.
    I got it anyway.
My buddy had similar situation and didn’t get it.
Well, you know what hit the you know what. It wasn’t pretty..
