Air bag sensor corroded, dealer wants to change entire harness, $2700

    2012 tacoma double cab
    I seem to have the same problem with my driver side air bag on my 2012 Tacoma. The dash light is on, meaning the air bag will not deploy if required. Dealer claims that the wiring connecter located under the drivers seat is corroded from road salt. The solution seems to be a $2400 job to supply and install a new wiring harness which is not presently available from Toyota Canada.

    No pre runner trim, no mud flaps,no step ups,I do have the Deck plate though. Kings @ 0 and 5100's in rear. stock leafs. Total chaos UCA.
