How thorough is Virginia State Inspection?

    XD Rockstars 18's, Nitto Terra Grapplers, Billies all the way around, set to 3 inches, AAL, Chrome push bar, Westin step bars
    Looking at a truck that just passed it. The truck came from Maryland but not in VA. Rust obviously a concern with any of these. Not sure how much Virginia does in their inspections.

    depends on the human factor.

    far better to do your own inspection to ensure it's up to your particular standard.

    in michigan, this counts as 'rust free'
