Troubleshooting 5vz-fe Rough idle, misfires, popping and squealing. metal in oil filter.

I put the wrong injectors in my truck and could not figure out why it runs like shit, made a whole post about it, but then realized I put the wrong injectors in my truck. Ignore all that look what i found in my oil filter lol

Out of curiosity I opened up the old oil filter with about ~3k on it to find some healthy multi-color flakes the size of glitter throughout filter. a few larger pieces common and a few what could be described as " toenail shavings" inside the pleats of the filter, to me what looks like a broken corner or thread burr.
