Trying to change the spark plugs in my third GEN 4Runner. The third cylinder, spark plug broke off, leaving the threads and the cylinder head. I then tried to use a square easy out to remove the threads and broke it off as well. Now I’m stuck. I don’t know what to do and how to get the rest of the Spark plug out of the cylinder head with a sheared off easy out in the center. Any good ideas out there?

Even if you could some how drill the easy out, the fillings would get into the engine. Sadly the cylinder head needs to come off.

I've only seen a few spark plugs break on that engine, thats bad luck.

The easy out is made of tool steel. It would be very hard to drill. Think your out of luck.
