Looking at getting a 2” leaving kit for my 2019 TRD. I’d like to know the ideal tire and wheel size to slap on there without major rubbing and or other modifications. Just looking for a little sturdier look. Any help would be great.

Lift doesn’t add tire clearance, so it really doesn’t change anything.

Your best bet with stock wheels is to go no larger than 265/75R16.

I would skip the leveling kit and leave it stock.

Skip the leveling kit. Leave it stock height slap a wheel of your choice in a 0 offset paired with one of the 3 sizes and enjoy. 255/80r17 265/70r17 265/75r16

All of these are known to clear with minimal to no work required.

Skipping the leveling kit is a suggestion based on if your ever do truck stuff with a leveled truck it will ride front high and drive terribly.

Like to add 255/85R16 to that list.

2 Most important things are when you change rims and get a different offset, or try to go too wide. That's when you run into rubbing issues.....

Best bang for the buck is the Bilstein 5100, bar none. I've moved up to 33" pizza cutters 255/80/17, or in your case you could go with 255/85/16, and have gobs of ground clearance.

I excluded it on purpose as you regularly see people complain that there is such a limited selection in that size and that they wished they had gone 17's

What would the perfect rim size be for it being leveled? Not going to be doing any major off roading/rick crawling. Just looking for something a little more aggressive looking that stock.

All correct, but it is a great place to start if you’re not sure and don’t wish to buy 17” rims… yet. A stepping stone so to say. The 255/85R16 availability is mostly in MT tires. The OP has since made his desires clearer.

16 vs 17 there is no better outside of tire availability is better for the 17. Getting a 0 offset is what will give you the more agressive look your after.

Sounds like another offroad mall crawling rig

Looks like we both missed the OP's desire for "leveling"; no tire/rim change will accomplish that, only a suspension/lift change will.
