Looking at 2016 Tacoma TRD $22K 180K. Should the mileage concern me?

A place In Ohio had a 2017 sr5 4x4 v6 virtually mint condition per photos and description with 200k miles. They only wanted $15,500. I thought that was a steal, if I had lived closer I would have fought it as a back up truck or off-road truck to take to the mountains

 

Drove the Sienna 5 more months, added 8k more miles, bought a new 2019 4Runner TRDOR for $36k, they paid $1k more on the trade-in.
Traded the 4Runner in for my current Tacoma, because I didn't want to pay for the body shop to fix the $4k damage my wife did to the 4Runner. They gave me $38k for it, I can't say no.
