IMG_9214.jpg IMG_9219.jpg IMG_9214.jpg I noticed my grill sticking out now I on the drive side. Can I fix this out should I get a new grill? I noticed the top bracket is broken.

Think I would find some similar scrap plastic and plastic-weld on a new ear with soldering iron, drill it and bolt it back on. Might be a lower mount snapped off too.

Have you ever taken it out? Had my truck at my mechanic and they screwed it up a bit. Realized they didn’t align the lower point of connection/mount.

I don’t think a plastic welder is going to fix the underlying issue. Figure out what that is first then go from there.

It's not the broken grill ear that's causing the grill to stick out, the drivers side headlight has been pushed over causing it to sit underneath the grill instead of flush with it. If the headlight is flush with the fender on the drivers-side outside edge then you have a problem with the core support (the metal brace that the grill and headlight are mounted to). You need to remove the drivers headlight, and see if the core support has been bent, if so, you need to go to a body shop and see if they can use a puller to get it aligned. Plastic welding the metal ear and thinking that will fix the problem is going to leave you disappointed. If I were a betting man, I'd say that the reason the grill ear is broken is because an impact shoved the headlight over and the grill ear was the weakest point, so it broke under the tension.
