I’m trying to replace some rusty brackets in my leer windoors and cannot for the life of me find anything online. I can find the t handle and locking bar but no luck in the flat pieces that slide in between the glass and lower window frame. See photos. Has anyone had a similar issue??

I don't even know what you call these but we replace that part with this washer with 3M double sided tape on the back. If you turn it hard enough you could spin it but it keeps the people out who just walk by and give the lock a little turn to check if it's unlocked.
