This was my beautiful green ‘21 taco I just sold. I couldn’t deal with the auto transmission anymore, I sold it and bought a manual ‘22 green one

 

Here’s the ‘22!

 

I currently have the Falken Wildpeak A/T3W and plan on getting the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W in the Fall. Let's us know how they ride.

 

What’s wrong with the auto transmission?

 

It's not manual!

 

I drove dump trucks in my past life and you can keep your gear shifter and clutch

 

Had the A/T3W’s on my 2nd gen and loved them. Hoping the same with these. I’ll have to report back only driven around town so far.

 

( You can keep your gear shifter and clutch) After OTR for 10 years I drove Dump Trucks for 7 years. I know how you feel.

 

I just really missed driving a manual. My truck never gear Hunted even with 33’s. The auto trans was just clunky and never seemed to be in the gear I wanted. I drove 90% of the time in sport mode and chose what gear I was in. But ya I’m obsessive about some things & it really annoyed me everytime I drove, and have been wanting a manual ever since I bought my ‘21 new

 

It took me a month to find a dealer that would even try to get me a manual, and 6 months for it to be built and delivered.

Was figuring out where to park in the campsite last week and couldn’t resist a candid. Looks so good in nature

 

Just installed 315/75/17 geolandar tires. I have not re-geared yet but the drivability with the 6speed is not too bad.

 

Looks very much at home!

 

Rub much?

 

No rubbing. I installed JD pivot kit that helped move the front wheels forward. I did have to trim the front and rear parts of the inner fender liners. I was expecting to have to trim the fender flares but it hasn't rubbed there. Have a slight cab mount chop too.

 

This look is radddddd damn

 

I love the look of 16” wheels and minimal lift. I’m only lifted an Inch.

Yesterday it did rub on the driver side after hitting a dip I didn’t see at speed. Front driver side tire made contact with the top of the inner fender. Previously when I had flexed it out at slow speeds crawling I didn’t rub. Not sure how to completely fix this. Maybe JD fab inner fender kit.

 

Haven't posted on here in quite sometime, but here is how mine is looking these days.
