2013 Tacoma 2.7L Cyl 1 misfire

Code P0301

Get this on cold starts then engine smooths out. 172k miles
Replaced: 4 plugs, 4 coil packs, new battery (was low anyway)

Performed: Compression test at operating temp 160-165 in all 4 cyl.
Took all injectors out cleaned them (with 12v source so they open)
when reinstalling I put cyl 3 injector into Cyl 1
Looked in cyl 1 with inspection camera top of cyl looked carboned up and was wet
thinking it was fuel. Put a long Qtip in there to try to identify wet stuff. Q tip was
black thinking fuel cleaning carbon off piston top.
Minimal to no coolant loss
was driving on highway and engine starting loosing power (bucking) due to misfiring. Engine light on (blinking) along with traction control light. Pulled over to shoulder shut engine off. Restarted and it ran fine. No white smoke ever. I really don't think its a head gasket, I think its electrical / sensor of some sort. Anybody have this issue if so found cause?? Appreciate the help!
