    So get rid if something that would be used several times a day, everyday because of a one in a million chance of an accident that may or may not result in a driver injury.

    Or maybe it's just an excuse to cut costs and save a buck in the name of safety.

    Our 2nd gen Sequoia has the driver grab handle, I used it every time I drive it.
