based on calculations it's ~1300lbs, I didn't put it separately on the scales, I built it on the frame and put the truck on scales after that

    How I calculate.
Before LT and big tires it was 5540 of the empty truck(new curb weight) confirmed on CAT scales with paper. Stock curb weight is 4425, bed weight approximately 250. So, the camper dry weight is 865 calculated. Stock GVWR is 5600, new GVWR is slightly above 6k(depends on how many people and stuff inside) but the leaf springs are rated for +1000, so, it's ok. The only possible problem is transmission and a frame. Based on my offroad trips I can say that it's fine, the camper is mounted on the rubber bushings to the frame and it helps on the washboard.

How did you determine a new GVWR? Or do you mean that the current curb weight is just above 6000 pounds?

    "new" GVWR = 5540+people+stuff
But "new" means before LT/37. The real new weight needs to be determined on a scales again, waiting for a few small items just to be precise.

Got it. You're talking about an assumed Gross Vehicle Weight, not GVWR, though. Regardless, that's lighter than I expected. I want to say that I'm around 5900 gross with me and the typical daytrip load. (Which, admittedly, includes a lot of shit that really doesn't need to be in the truck on most daytrips.) Have you boxed the rear of the frame?
