Anyone have bad experience with ReadyLift? Are they better than RC?

    Going for a budget lift

A few additions to make me feel cool.
If your budget cannot support Bilstein 5100 or something like that I would wait until your budget does. Anytime you want to spend money replacing parts that are not broke you want that to be an upgrade. The vehicle should be enhanced. Thus it should perform better or be more capable than it was prior to spending the money. Readylift and RC take you in the opposite direction of where you set now and you have to spend time and money for it so in essence you are spending to decrease the effectiveness of the truck. It might look a little better sitting still in a parking lot but the ride, handling and performance will be degraded over what you have now. You could take a picture of a cool truck and have a banner made. Then you could set that up and park your truck behind it and then people would see a cool truck but it would still perform.
My recommendation would be to wait a little longer. Save a little more and get quality components that will enhance your truck and give you a return on the investment.

Readylift is outstanding quality. I have the 6" kit. The kit includes Bilstein 5100s.

It’s basically just brackets and pucks, there’s no real concern for quality except for rust. Ready lift doesn’t rust so it’s a safe purchase. But look into simple 5100s as mentioned.
