New in Monticello UT- Anyone know this truck from Vegas?

Bought a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport in Centennial Hills north west Vegas last week and drove it to my place in Monticello UT. Been doing lots of dirt /forest/ back road driving over the years but never with 4WD. Was wondering if anyone knows this truck or previous owner? Has a bunch of upgrades and i'd love to know if anything else was done to it other than the obvious things i can see. Didn't even realize until i got home it seems to have front and rear lockers installed.
