Is it feasible to replace the factory spring with a longer one but keep the rest of the OeM suspension system to achieve a bit of lift/level? If so any recommendations for spring?

I thought I updated my profile, it’s regarding the 2024 TRD Offroad, not 2021.

Using a longer spring with a stock shock will give you the lift but the shock may top out (reach full extension). Besides being hard on the shock, it could affect the ride.

The Alldogs springs provide 1.5" of lift but they don't say if that's because they are taller or stiffer (higher spring rate). Taller could cause top out which may affect ride. Stiffer would definitely affect ride but wouldn't have top out issues - you retain full up/down suspension travel.

I'm running Alldog on my factory Bilstein OR shocks. I talked with the folks at Alldog this last weekend at Overland Expo, and they were highly complimentary about the red OR shocks. They recommended those over the 5100.

My only concern about the springs is how they spec them. What does "Medium-load" mean? Same lb/in as stock? 10% more spring rate? One inch longer to provide 1.5" lift? Combo longer and more spring rate? All we know is that they are used in nuclear reactors across the country.

Ya, know, I'm sure they would answer your phone call, and you can ask them. All I will say is I have a 74# front bumper with a 83# winch. That would be 157# of extra weight on the front of my truck. I didn't measure before and after but I did get acceptable lift from the springs. If somebody wants to give me a stock distance from fender to center of wheel I'll be glad to compare.

I called Alldogs and asked about just using front springs on a stock TRD OR and they told me it might sit a little higher than the back. If I were gonna go Alldogs I’d use their front and rear springs. Problem for me is you get what you get front to back wise.

I went Eibach because of the adjustable front coilovers and love it. Ride is a bit firmer than stock but not by much.

it's harder to measure than expected, roughly the vertical distance between the plastic chin to the level of the center of the hub is 3", let me know if this is even in the proper range.
