I've had it work once for the van since it's on the road daily. Conditions have to be perfect for it to work, and I have no idea what they are. I think you have to pass more than once in a certain time period.
Surprised as hell when the thing came in the mail saying passed roadside, still charged me the $25 when I went down for tags.

Anyone know or have done business with Central Colorado Toy Parts out of Cotopaxi? Greg Woods. Seems like one man or small part out operation.

Last year was the Grasshopalypse for me. They ate 90% of my perennials. Very few this year.

For bindweed in lawn (that you want to keep) just use a corn meal gluten pre emergent in early spring and fertilize with a corn meal gluten base.

After one or two seasons you’ll have no weeds growing in your grass, including bindweed.

The problem with neem oil is that it kills all bugs - including the ones that maintain your soil health. Try Eco Bran. But the trick is you have to use it early in their life cycle.

My cousin has been dousing her garden with neem oil the past month to kill the huge amount of modly mildew that's been killing her plants. Any alternative for that? Apparently it came from the huge amounts of mulch she was had. Like 4" deep and who knows how old. She was told to remove and replace all of the mulch. Which is a HUGE amount we've slowly been removing and having hauled off.

Thanks, that's really helpful info. My truck is currently tuned with HPTuners. The guy that tuned it said I can remove the sec air injection system and he'll delete it from the ECU with the HPtuner software. I am thinking about doing this when I install URD headers and buying the ones for 2005-2010 that don't have the flanges for the SAIS so it looks like it was never there. Where I live currently that isn't an issue, so I am trying to figure out if I can run that setup in Jefferson Co.

Another question is, if you do get it passed, what would you do if rules/tests changed OR you got someone on a bad day and they failed you?
This is one reason why I keep my truck CARB approved (except the intake and pulley).

Is this effective when you already have established bindweed?

    yes and no.

it won’t kill the established bindweed but if you pull this season then start with the pre emergent next early spring and fertilize one or two times throughout the season you’ll see a huge improvement the first year.
Do it again the second season and you probably won’t see many weeds in your lawn all season. Third season, etc

I used this method for 10 years or so when I had a lawn. By year three I may have gotten one dandelion in my sod per year.

I just cut mine when needed, no watering, weeding, or additives other than Hydrogen Peroxide once a year in the spring.
And a small family of garter snakes in the backyard that keep the bugs down and entertain Archer. Winning. :burp:
