    Top Sirloin tonight with some smoked salt rubbed on prior to being brought to room temp. Hot sear then low and slow to desired temp.

    Country style last ribs w slaw, grillin beans and cornbread. Wife made some honey butter with local honey and it came out wow.

    I bend the corners up and fold them over ontop of the cheese so they don’t melt and slide off the burger

    Wusthof. Great knives. My wife had these long before we met. The chef's knife in the picture is a replacement. The handle started to swell up on the previous one. I reached out to Wusthof to see if they sold replacement handles, and they inquired as to why. I sent them a picture, and they replied back that they would send a free replacement even though the knives were +/- 15 years old. Who does that? We have a knife sharpener that keeps them very sharp.
