IMG_4705.jpg After 3 years with this truck that was passed down to me by my father. 157,000 miles on it and I sadly have to sell it. Spending $250 a month on gas was too much for my budget (California) the truck is in good condition besides it’s ready for a full suspension replacement (already replaced tie rods, upper control arms, and sway bar end links). Someone is offering me $11.5k for it in Bakersfield. The 4x4 still works and I’ve never had any engine, transmission, or any Major mechanical issues. The paint isn’t the best it was a work truck, and the interior is good for the most part except a tear in two of the seats.
I recently had to get a single new tire, (6000 miles newer than the rest) got an alignment and balancing. And then my steering wheel started shaking at speeds around 40-60 mph. This all happened after the alignment and balancing after the new tire. Any idea what it might be? Am I selling it for too low? Should I replace the rest of the suspension components before selling?

Sounds like the tire needs to be rebalanced. If the steering wheel is shaking, it’s usually one of the front tires. You can confirm that by swapping the front and rear tires. The shaking should now be more in the seat and floor.

I wouldn't start swapping out suspension before selling unless it's bad to the point of being a safety issue , it's unlikely that work will raise the selling point by anything close to the same amount and often buyers of a tacoma will want to decide on their own what direction they would go with the suspension.

The aftermarket headlights and wheels add nothing to the value of the truck ( probably detract).
