Anyone ever had to rebuild or replace the 4L, V6 engine? Appreciate any info on cost to do so; which is better - rebuild or replace? Any place in Arizona that does such work? Thanks!

It all depends on who is rebuilding it. And why it needs rebuilt.
But mostly, it's who rebuilds it.

The good builders are NOT cheap.
The 1GR is a sleeved block. You can't just bore, hone, and slap pistons in it.
You actually HAVE TO measure stuff.

    No I have not. Why.

DIY can be more attentive and cheaper.
