oh yeah and for the carriage bolts, we can do that, but you can only get them in grade 5 and I prefer grade 8 hardware.

No rush at all, just ordering it so I have it for when I have a spare day to get it done. Whats your install time for this? Full day?

with the exhaust as well, 16 hours. That includes building the kit, which a lot of that work would be already done for you when you buy. I'm building the kit ready to weld, so all the holes and notches are already done for you.

Here's the part list we use for the exhaust parts:

    Walker Exhaust PN's:
    1x Step Tube: 41854
    2x 2" 90: 41631
    2x 2" flanges: 31880
    1x gasket: 31310
    roughly 5"x2" straight exhaust tube

    Hardware:
    2x 7/16x1.5" bolts
    4x 7/16 washers
    2x 7/16 lock washer
    2x 7/16 nuts

    @WormSquirts
I have noticed your flat belly removes the 45-degree tubular braces; other skid plate suppliers do too, some don't.

Have you evaluated the function of the braces, and do you think the added skid plates compensate?

The 2nd gen never had those tubes there, and I've never totally understood the purpose of them if I'm honest. my best guess was a weak attempt at making it harder to steel the cats, but I really don't know. Regardless, never seen an issue removing those.

Pretty easy to pop under your truck with a prybar and try to move the trans around a bit and see. Usually they've been fine though in my experience!

Also sorry about your order here, I have most of it ready, but we are down two techs, so I've been filling in. I just need to drill and notch the cross member tubes and then they will be shipped out!

No worries about the order at all. Wont be able to install either of them for a while.

Doing a JD pivot kit this weekend on another members truck, that'll be a whole lot of fun.

I don't see any bends in your pictures. Could you please elaborate. Also, more pictures would be nice to view as well.

Oh I was just asking what kind of press brake he uses, he has a langmuir plasmatable so maybe the langmuir press brake?

Anything in particular you want to see? I have no idea when I will be installing these.

I may mock it all up and see the difference next to the stock crossmember.

    Sorry to be dence.
After taking a longer look at your picture I'm even more confused. I do not see anything that would require a press brake.

I see "two", maybe 2"x3" rectangular tubes with cutouts for the front drive shaft universal/yoke clearance. Did you order two sets?

Perhaps all the parts out of the box and arranged on the floor would help.

Thanks, like to see more. Is that tube square, not a rectangle like I thought?

Of the five items, the angles seem to be for reinforcement of the actual Trans mount and the squares I initially thought were to seal off the ends of the tube, but now think they are for the bottom of the frame attachment. The singular rectangle I have no idea.
